Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, all lip gloss sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lip glosses or any cosmetic items once they have been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue:

  • A replacement OR

  • A store credit (at our discretion)
